Standard Protective Bands
Sinho’s PROTECTIVE BANDS provide additional protection for components that are packaged in tape and reel. It is designed to wrap around the outer layer of carrier tape to resist the compressive forces that carrier tape alone can’t withstand. There are mainly two types, standard bands and special perforated snap bands for more choices. All Sinho’s protective bands are composed of conductive polystyrene materials, and available in EIA standard carrier tape widths from 8mm to 88mm for both types. Sinho’s standard protective bands is available in 0.5mm and 1mm thickness, for reel size 7” , 13” and 22”, custom lengths are made upon request.

Storage Conditions
Recommended storage conditions include a temperature range of 0 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity levels lower 65%RH. This product is protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
Shelf Life
Sinho’s Protective Bands should be used within 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored under the recommended storage conditions.
