Standard Embossed Carrier Tape
Sinho standard embossed carrier tape is designed to package various standard electrical and electronic components, in accordance with EIA-481-D standards in a range of widths from 8mm to 200mm, and lengths up to 1,000 meters. There are a board range of materials, Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), even Paper material, to produce carrier tape varies for wide application - such as LED, ICs, Transistor, Bare Die, Inductor, PCB, Connector, Crystal Oscillator etc.
We utilize rotary forming machine for 8mm and 12mm carrier tapes, linear forming machine for producing 12mm to 104mm width tapes, particle forming machine for small 8 & 12 mm carrier tape with high precision tolerance for large volume. Standard carrier tape is provided splice-free in single and level wind reel configurations. The standard reel configuration is single-wind carrier tape on a 22” diameter cardboard reel. The level wind format is usually for packaging 8mm carrier tape. Both corrugated paper and corrugated plastic reel flanges are available.
