Sinho offers a versatile Flat Punched Carrier Tape designed for Tape and Reel applications, including partial component reels. It is compatible with a wide range of SMT pick and place feeders. Our Flat Punched Carrier Tape is available in various thicknesses and sizes, with material options including clear & black polystyrene, black polycarbonate, clear polyethylene terephthalate, and white paper. Additionally, this punched tape can be spliced onto existing SMD reels to extend their length, reducing waste.

Polycarbonate (PC) Flat Punched Carrier Tape is a conductive black material designed to shield components from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It comes in a range of thicknesses, from 0.30mm to 0.60mm, and is available in various tape widths, starting from 4mm and going up to 88mm.

Shelf Life and Storage

Use within 1 year of manufacturing date. Store in original packaging, in a controlled environment with temperatures of 0-40℃ and humidity <65%RHF. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
