Polystyrene Clear Insulative Carrier Tape
Sinho’s PS (polystyrene) clear insulative carrier tape is designed for superior performance, ideal for packaging capacitor, inductor, crystal oscillator, MLCC, and other passive devices. It offers good strength and stability over time and temperature variations for a wide range of sizes and design, in accordance with EIA-481-D standards. This material is natural transparent with high transparency enabling easy in-pocket part inspection. This clear polystyrene is suitable for a variety of thickness from 0.2mm to 0.5mm for a board range of width tape from 8mm to 104mm.
Both single-wind and level-wind formats are available for this material with corrugated paper and plastic reel flanges.

Shelf Life and Storage
Product has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored under recommended storage conditions. Store in its original packaging within a temperature ranges of 0℃ to 40℃, and relative humidity <65%RH. This product keep out of direct sunlight and moisture.
Camber
Complies with the current EIA-481 standard, stipulating that the curvature within a 250-millimeter length must not exceed 1 millimeter.
