Polyethylene Terephthalate Carrier Tape
Sinho’s PET (polyethylene terephthalate) carrier tape has outstanding mechanical function, and the impact strength is 3-5 times that of other films, like polystyrene (PS). PET material also has excellent high and low temperature resistance, can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -70℃ low temperature to 120 ℃ high temperature, short-term application even can withstand 150℃ high temperature.
The high-density feature of PET material greatly reduces the occurrence of burrs in the production process, making “zero” bur become a reality. This superior advantage make it be good for used in medical industry, as the high cleanliness and quality is the basic request for medical components. In addition, Sinho uses 22” PP black plastic board with static dissipative instead of corrugated paper reel, to avoid paper scraps and reduce dust when packaging medical components.

Shelf Life and Storage
Product has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored under recommended storage conditions. Store in its original packaging within a temperature ranges of 0℃ to 40℃, and relative humidity <65%RH. This product is protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
Camber
Meets current EIA-481 standard for camber that is not greater than 1mm in 250 millimeters length.
