Paper Flat Punched Carrier Tape
Sinho’s Flat Punched Carrier Tape is designed to be used for Tape and Reel leaders and trailers for partial component reels, and it could be used with most SMT pick and place feeders. Sinho’s Flat Punched Carrier Tape is available in various thickness and sizes tape in clear and black polystyrene, black polycarbonate, clear polyethylene terephthalate, and white paper materials. This punched tape can be spliced to an existing SMD reels to extend the length and avoid waste.
Paper Flat Punched Carrier Tape is only in white. This material punched tape is only available in width 8mm with two thickness 0.60mm and 0.95mm, the length per roll is based on thickness, thickness 0.60mm in 3,200 meters per roll, thickness 0.95mm in 2,100 meters per roll.

Shelf Life and Storage
Product should be used within 1 year from the date of manufacture. Store in its original packaging in a climate-controlled environment where temperature ranges from 5~35℃, relative humidity30%-70%RH. This product is protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
Camber
Meets current EIA-481 standard for camber that is not greater than 1mm in 250 millimeters length.
