Our engineering and production team has recently supported with one of our German customers to manufacture a batch of tapes to meet their 0805 resistors, with pocket dimensions of 1.50×2.30×0.80mm, perfectly meeting their resistor specifications.
The tape is 8mm wide with a 4mm pitch, and the customer has chosen ABS black materials for production. ABS materials offer better tenacity than PS materials for producing 8mm tape, making it a good alternative to PC materials.

The carrier tape is wound on a PP corrugated plastic reel, making it suitable for clean room requirements and the medical industry, without any papers.
