Mini 4 inch Component Plastic Reel
Sinho’s ANTISTATIC PLASTIC REELS provide excellent protection for components that are packaged in carrier tape for presentation to pick and place machines. There are mainly three types reels, one piece style for mini 4” and 7” reels, assembly type for 13” and 15” reels, the third type is 22” packaging plastic reel. Sinho plastic reels are injection molded using High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) exception 22 inch reels which could be made of Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC) or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). All reels are externally coated for complete ESD protection. Available in EIA standard carrier tape widths from 8 to 72mm.
Sinho’s Mini 4” plastic reels are one piece reels, which is injection molded using anti-static coated high impact polystyrene. The sturdy one piece construction is convenient with no assembly required. This reel provides excellent protection when shipping tiny components packaged in carrier tape, such as bare die. SHPR series is available in the standard sizes of 4"×wide 8mm, 4"×wide 12mm, 4"×wide 16mm.
