Flat Punched Carrier Tape with Cover Tape
Sinho’s Flat Punched Carrier Tape is designed to be used for Tape and Reel leaders and trailers for partial component reels, and it could be used with most SMT pick and place feeders. Sinho offers a range of Flat Punched Carrier Tapes in different thicknesses and sizes, available in clear and black polystyrene, black polycarbonate, clear polyethylene terephthalate, and white paper materials. This punched tape can be spliced to an existing SMD reels to extend the length and avoid waste.
This item is a dissipative black polystyrene flat punched carrier tape sealed with Heat Activated Cover Tape (SHHT32 series) and is supplied in single strips rather than rolls. The polystyrene punched tape is available in a variety of thickness from 0.30mm to 0.60mm for a board range of width tape from 4mm to 88mm. And the width of covered SHHT 32 series Heat Activated Cover Tape is depend on the punched tape sizes.
