A tiny component refers to a small electronic device or part used in electronic circuits or systems. It could be a resistor, capacitor, diode, transistor, or any other miniaturized element that performs a specific function within a larger electronic system. These tiny components are crucial for the proper functioning of electronic devices and are often mass-produced and soldered onto circuit boards during the manufacturing process.

Problem:
Required carrier tape Ao, Bo, Ko, P2, F dimensions with a stable 0.05mm tolerances.

Solution:
For the production of 10,000 meters, it is achievable to control the required sizes within 0.05mm. However, for the production of 1 million meters and to ensure quality consistent , Sinho developed high-precision tooling and used CCD vision system in the whole manufacturing process, every bad pockets/dimensions could be 100% detected and eliminated. Because of consistent quality, it improves client productivity efficiency above 15%.
