Sinho’s ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) conductive carrier tape offers good strength and stability over time and temperature variations in accordance with EIA-481-D standards. The strength of this material is better than polystyrene (ps), so it provides an economical alternative to Polycarbonate (PC) material.
This material is highly optimized for small pockets for widths of 8mm and 12mm, it is suitable for high volume carrier tape at pre-detemined standard reel lengths. ABS conductive material utilize rotary forming processing to satisfy different applications from customer’s demands, particularly engineered for small pocket designs. If you think PC material cost is too high, this material will be a economical alternate to save your cost. Both single-wind and level-wind are suitable for this material in corrugated paper and plastic reel flanges.
