22 inch Packaging Plastic Reel
Sinho's ANTISTATIC PLASTIC REELS offer exceptional protection for components enclosed in carrier tape when presented to pick and place machines. Primarily, there are three types of reels: a one-piece style for mini 4" and 7" reels, an assembly type for 13" and 15" reels, and a third type designed for 22" packaging plastic reels. Sinho plastic reels are injection molded using High Impact Polystyrene, except for 22-inch reels, which can be made from Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). All reels have ESD protection coatings and come in EIA standard carrier tape widths from 8mm to 72mm.
Sinho’s 22” packaging plastic reels are available for a high volume demand of components per reel when paper or cardboard reels are not suitable. Reels are assembled quickly with a simple twisting motion, featuring flanges and hubs. They are made from Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and come with anti-static coatings for ESD protection. This series is offered in standard sizes ranging from 12 to 72mm carrier tape widths.
