15 inch Assembled Plastic Reel
Sinho’s ANTISTATIC PLASTIC REELS provide excellent protection for components that are packaged in carrier tape for presentation to pick and place machines. There are mainly three types reels, one piece style for mini 4” and 7” reels, assembly type for 13" and 15” reels, the third type is 22” packaging plastic reel. Sinho plastic reels are injection molded using High Impact Polystyrene exception 22 inch reels which could be made of Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC) or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). All reels are externally coated for complete ESD protection. Available in EIA standard carrier tape widths from 8 to 72mm.
Sinho’s 15” plastic reels are also an assembled reels with two flanges plus one hub. This reel is ideal for loading more component parts in a single reel. Sinho’s 15” split reels have an outside diameter of 380mm (15”) and a 13mm diameter arbor hole. Hub diameters are standard 100mm hub suitable for most carrier tapes from 8 to 72mm widths. Self assembly reduce storage space and shipping cost, also it is easy to assemble with just simple twisting motion. SHPR series is available in the standard sizes of 15"×wide 12mm, 15"×wide 16mm, 15"×wide 24mm, 15"×wide 32mm, 15"×wide 44mm, 15"×wide 56mm, 15"×wide 72mm.
