13 inch Assembled Plastic Reel
Sinho's ANTISTATIC PLASTIC REELS provide excellent component protection for pick and place machine carrier tapes. There are mainly three types reels, one piece style for mini 4” and 7” components reels, assembly type for 13” and 15” reels, the third type for 22” packaging plastic reels. Sinho's plastic reels are injection molded using High Impact Polystyrene, except for 22-inch reels, which can be made from Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). All reels come with external coatings for ESD protection and are available in EIA standard carrier tape widths from 8 to 72mm.
Sinho's 13" plastic reels are assembly-type, with two flanges and one hub, designed for shipping and storing components loaded in carrier tape. Sinho's 13" split reels feature a 330mm (13") outer diameter and a 13mm arbor hole. The hub has a standard 100mm diameter, making it suitable for carrier tapes ranging from 8mm to 72mm in width. Cost effective alternative to one piece reels, easy to assemble with just simple twisting motion. The SHPR series is offered in the standard size of 13 inches with an 8mm width, 13"×wide 12mm, 13"×wide 16mm, 13"×wide 24mm, 13"×wide 32mm, 13"×wide 44mm, 13"×wide 56mm, 13"×wide 72mm.
